Create50 respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid copyright complaints under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws.

1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to Create50 <hello@create50.com> including: your contact details; identification of the work; the URL(s) of the infringing content; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act; and your signature.

2. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent information and a statement consenting to jurisdiction.

3. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate cases.
