Sub-processors

To run Create50 we use a small number of trusted service providers ("sub-processors") who may process personal data on our behalf. Update this list whenever you add or remove a provider.
Current sub-processors
Hosting & database — the platform and its database are hosted with our cloud provider (e.g. Render), which stores account and content data to run the Service.
Email delivery — transactional and community email is sent through our email provider (e.g. Amazon SES), which processes recipient email addresses.
Backups — encrypted survey/data backups may be stored with a backup provider (e.g. Dropbox) where enabled.
Approximate geolocation — a geo-IP lookup may be used to derive an approximate country (never storing your raw IP).
Ratings enrichment — where enabled, a third-party data provider (e.g. Apify) fetches public product-rating data.
