These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Create50 (the "Service"), operated by Create50 Ltd of Ealing Studios, London, UK, W5 5EP. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is strictly for adults. You confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that it is lawful for you to access adult-oriented material where you live. We may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 16.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised use. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Your content and licence
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Create50 Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the rights to post it.
You must tag adult content as such and must not post anything illegal, anything depicting or sexualising minors, anything non-consensual, or anything that infringes another person's rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Adult Content Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach it.
5. Purchases and third-party stores
Members may showcase products, but purchases take place on the seller's own external store under that store's terms. Create50 Ltd is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for products bought through them.
6. Intellectual property
The Service itself, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Create50 Ltd or its licensors. We respond to copyright complaints under our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where we are required to by law. You may close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Our disclaimers and the limits of our liability are set out in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
